Award-winning band Primal Scream will headline Brisfest 2013 alongside Toddla T Sound, Fabio & Grooverider, Kurtis Blow, The Nextmen, DJ EZ, Yes Sir Boss, The Boxettes and Dr Meaker it was announced today. They top the bill in a line-up that will also features an eclectic mix of over 200 local acts, positioning Brisfest as the showcase for rising talent in the Southwest. Even more big names and the full line up will be announced in the summer.

Brisfest 2013 will take place over two days from September 21 to 22 at the historic Ashton Court Estate. This is the second year that Brisfest will be hosted at Ashton Court after the sell out success of last year.
Speaking about the exciting announcement Poppy Stephenson, Brisfest Director, said “Early bird tickets sold out within just two days and we have high hopes of another record breaking year. It is an extravaganza of music, art, comedy, theatre and circus and it’s going to be an amazing party in September!”
A limited number of second wave tickets are still available at £31 for the weekend, before final wave tickets go on sale at £35. Family tickets (2 adults + 2 teens) are also available via the website.
There will be 14 stages to choose from at the festival, curated by a diverse range of programmers, including Mr Wolfs, Factory Studios, Recreo, Weapon of Choice, Jelli Records, Nokia Music, Nando’s, dBs Music, Remix and Arcadia.
