The Glass Boat Restaurant is bringing together previous staff and wine suppliers for a fabulous silver anniversary celebration.
The opening head chef Vincent Castellano will cook alongside the current team to create a joyous, collaborative celebration menu to mark a quarter century of trading.
The original maître d’ (owner Arne Ringner) will be on hand to steer as required and the wines will be suitably notable to mark such an occasion.
Mentzendorff are supporting this event and Sales Director Will Oatley will be on hand to talk through the wines on the evening. In memory of a supper hosted in 1996 the following wines will be offered – Champagne from Bollinger; Chapoutier wines from the Rhône; Taylor’s Port.
Thursday 20th October – £60 per person includes Bollinger reception; 4 course supper and wines to match.
