Berwick’s range Christmas events during December include: on 2 December, a Christmas wreath making workshop run by Clifton Florist Lisa Elliot from £55pp; on 5 December a Luxury Christmas wrapping workshop run by designer Amanda White for £45 pp who will show you how to beautifully wrap the trickiest of presents; and if you really want to wow your guests this Christmas, on 23 December Berwick’s Cookery School is running a traditional ‘Bird in Bird Pye’ cookery course. One of Berwick’s top chefs will show you how to create a turkey, stuffed with a chicken, stuffed with pork tenderloin, to produce a wonderful single carved selection on the plate. This special course costs £120 pp and includes all meat and ingredients and at the end of the course you can take home a beautifully prepared ‘Bird in Bird Pye’ ready for the big day.
